Refund policy

At Cheer Store Plus International, we want you to love every item you receive. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Tags and original packaging must be attached
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

• Lip gloss
• Hair accessories
• Custom or personalized items
• Sale/clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item(s)
• A brief description of the issue

We’ll work quickly to resolve it.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
